In order for installation of all new residential, commercial & industrial service or construction where lines need to be extended to a facility and/or a new meter needs to be installed, a request for service must be completed (this would any requests for temporary service). Please allow three business days for your request to be processed. If your situation requires immediate attention you must contact our Member Service Department, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at (800) 255-6815.
Members needing an existing service (established account) turned on/off, changed from one name to another or needing to make any personal information changes to their existing account(s) must contact the Member Service Department at (800) 255-6815.
