District 1 Director: Donald Hawk
Donald is a self-employed farmer who owns and has operated Skyline Turkey Farm, Inc. for the past forty years. Donald has served as a Township Trustee, Soil and Water Supervisor, a Member of the Ohio Poultry Marketing Board, the Knox County Farm Bureau and is a member of the St. Luke Catholic Church. Donald is married to Janet and they have four children; Daniel, Delbert, Joseph and Shannon. Map District.
District 2 Director: Nelson Smith
Nelson is a 1966 graduate of Newark High School and attended OSU. He served four years in the Navy. Nelson is the retired publisher of The Utica Herald, The Heath News, The Pataskala Post and On Target, a Newark Air Force Base publication. He is part-owner of Chapel Hill Golf Course in Mt. Vernon and is employed part time with the Licking County Auditor's office. He is married to Kim and between them they have four children. Nelson was elected to the board in 2003. He is presently the Secretary/Treasurer. Map District.

District 3 Director: Jack Schmidt, Jr.
Jack has been the owner/operator of Timbuk Farms in Granville for 34 years. Timbuk Farms has 60 employees growing plants and trees for sale nationwide. Jack has served on many state and national boards and was the President of a national trade association. He is involved with the Highwater Church's finance ministry and endowment fund. He served on the McKean Township Zoning Commission for six years. Jack attended OSU and has a Bachelors Degree in Forestry from Michigan State University. Jack is married to Nancy and has four children. Jack was elected to the Board in 2004. Map District.

District 4 Director: Richard Gummer
Rick is the President and major shareholder of Gummer Wholesale, Inc., which is a major distributor of convenience store products. Rick was born and raised in Newark. He attended OSU. He is on the Newark Catholic Foundation board. He is active in Rotary International and the Catholic Diocese of Columbus Foundation. Rick has been married to Kathleen for 34 years and has 3 children. Rick was appointed to the board in 2004. Map District.

District 5 Director: John Parkinson
John is a self-employed dairy farmer. He graduated from Utica High School. He was Utica high school's first FFA member to receive the American Farmer Degree. He is a member of the Knox County Farm Bureau and has been a 4-H advisor for over 20 years. He is a member of the Utica Presbyterian Church. John has been married to Rosanne for 20 years and has 3 children. John was elected to the board in 2003. Map District.

District 6 Director: John Klauder
John Klauder was born and raised in Granville. He received a Finance Degree from Miami University (OH) and followed up with a Masters in International Business. He worked overseas in international banking. He became interested in landscape design and started his own business in New Hampshire. He returned to Granville in 1990 and started his own business - John Klauder Associates Landscape & Design. John has been a board member for the Licking Land Trust, Granville Chamber of Commerce and the Granville Rotary. John is married to Anne and has 2 children. John was elected to the Board in 2005. District 7 Director: John Horn
John farms soybeans, corn and wheat on approximately 450 acres in Harrison Township. He is a graduate of Howard High School and attended Ohio State. He also served in the Army. He is a member of the Knox County Farm Bureau and has been a member of the Harrison Grange for over 50 years. He also serves on the Knox County Fair Board and a local bank board. He was a 4-H advisor for 8 years. He is married to Donna. John was elected to the board in 2001. Map District.

District 8 Director: Arland Rogers
Arland is retired from Owens Corning Fiberglas where he worked for 42 years. He served three years in the Army during WWII. He is a trustee and treasurer of Mt. Carmel Christian Union Church. Arland has been married to Hazel for 60 years and they have four children. Arland was elected to the board in 1969. He served as the Secretary/Treasurer for many years and is presently the Chairman of the Board. Map District.

District 9 Director: Charles "Bob" Baird
Bob is a semi-retired CPA with Milligan, Waltman & Hill, a CPA firm in Zanesville. He has been in public accounting for 48 years. He has a Business Degree in Accounting from Meredith Business College. He is a member of the Gratiot Methodist Church. Bob has been the Clerk-Treasurer for the Village of Gratiot for 44 years. Bob is married to Norma and has three children and seven grandchildren. Bob was elected to the Board in 2004. Map District.
